Dear Astropad Community,
You may have heard the news; we did too. Apple has decided to dabble in the connected workspace domain that we know super well. Youāve also likely seen the headlines about Appleās power over small developers and sherlocking top-grossing apps. Weāre disappointed, but let it be known:
Weāre not going anywhere.
Weāve spent the last five years building innovative products like Astropad and Luna Display that cater to true creative professionals. Our team has always doubled-down on delivering rich features, deep customization, and low-latency input. Why? Because thatās user-driven and thatās what we do.
So while Appleās Sidecar merely scratches the surface of a Mac-iPad workspace, we went all in on the bells and whistles. What does this mean for you? If you have basic needs, Appleās Sidecar may do the trick. But if youāre a pro, weāve built Astropad to cater to your creative workflow.
Oh, and about Windows ā
Weāve heard you loud and clear. We see a bright future in that exciting new space and we hope youāll join us along for the ride. š So while we may be the underdogs, weāre ready to charge head-on because weāre just as committed to creative pros as weāve always been ā whether thatās via Mac, PC, or beyond.
We want to hear from you!
Have questions or want to drop us a line? Being customer-focused means listening and having an open dialogue. We’re all ears at astropad@astropad.com and on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
Sincerely,
Matt Ronge, CEO & Co-founder
