Operations Specialist (Remote)

We’re looking for a resourceful and enthusiastic individual to oversee our ecommerce operations at Astropad. 

• Location: Remote within the North American time zones
• Position: Full-time
• Experience: 2+ years

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to plan and coordinate functions relating to the growth of the business unit. 
• Be the point person with key e-commerce partners 
• Oversee inventory management 
  • Manage inventory across Shopify and Amazon 
  • Build inventory forecasts 
  • Track manufacturing invoices 
  • Tracking component prices
  • Keep track of unit costs 
  • Oversee import taxes 
  • Refurbish returns 
• Product sourcing 
• Administering inventory, tax and sales systems  
• Expand our reseller program 
  • Onboard resellers and keep them up to speed with product updates; actively grow our reseller program into new regions 
  • Build out a wholesale storefront on Shopify

Requirements 

• Based in North America 
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a similar field 
• 2+ years of experience in operations or ecommerce
