Operations Specialist (Remote)
We’re looking for a resourceful and enthusiastic individual to oversee our ecommerce operations at Astropad.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the General Manager to plan and coordinate functions relating to the growth of the business unit.
- Be the point person with key e-commerce partners
- Oversee inventory management
- Manage inventory across Shopify and Amazon
- Build inventory forecasts
- Track manufacturing invoices
- Tracking component prices
- Keep track of unit costs
- Oversee import taxes
- Refurbish returns
- Product sourcing
- Administering inventory, tax and sales systems
- Expand our reseller program
- Onboard resellers and keep them up to speed with product updates; actively grow our reseller program into new regions
- Build out a wholesale storefront on Shopify
Requirements
- Based in North America
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a similar field
- 2+ years of experience in operations or ecommerce
